Install the adobe connect application using one of the following links

Please note that the backroom client chat is not visible if accessing the session on a mobile/tablet device. For the best experience please use a desktop or laptop computer.

Once the you have installed adobe connect application you can now open the Observer link you were sent in a web browser window. If you were sent multiple links verify you are logging into the appropriate session by checking the session date and time.

Complete the website fields entering your first & last name and email address

Then click START SESSION.

You will be directed to the meeting and you may be prompted to launch adobe connect, click yes/open.If you do not have adobe connect installed, you will be prompted to download and install the latest version.

Once adobe connect opens you will be prompted to join the audio conference. As you are just observing you want to select the Listen Only option on the bottom right of the box.

Once in the meeting you will be activated as a client and will be able to see the attendee list and private client chat. If only observing do not activate your webcam or microphone.
